Dr. Mayra Burguera
Psycologist, Psyd, LMHC
I am a clinical psychologist who works with adults, adolescents, couples, families, and groups on various mental health and wellness issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, stress management, maternal mental health, parenting, and life transitions. My goal is to listen to each client and understand what they want and need to support growth toward greater self-awareness, life satisfaction, and relationship fulfillment. Helping to create a relationship with clients that facilitates change, which includes trust, respect, and confidentiality, is of utmost importance to me.
Despite the severe nature of my work, my clients and I often have a few laughs together. That said, change is what we all seek in therapy. I focus on altering self-destructive ways, gaining perspective, and increasing insight that leads to change, improving the quality of our relationships and lives.

Yamilet Guntin
Pre-Licensed Professional. MCSW
My name is Yamilet Guntin, I’m a pre-licensed clinical social worker experienced working with the mental health needs of adolescents, young adults, adults, families, and groups. As a therapist, I have gained a deep understanding of how anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief impact our daily lives in negative ways, but I also have come to understand the power we hold to heal ourselves. With the right therapeutic guide, you can exercise control over your symptoms and reset your nervous system to heighten your functionality and interpersonal relationships. It is my goal to collaborate with you as my client so you can take the lead on the path to recovery, self-efficacy, emotional regulation, and self-determination. I’m also a yogi who believes that we can all live our best life and strive for a better version of ourselves. As an immigrant who was born in a country ridden with social and political conflict, I understand the impact of having to start a new life from scratch and how traumatizing and scary that experience can be. I’m an advocate for populations that has historically struggle with important social challenges as the LGBTQ+ community, and minorities that have been impacted psychologically by systemic issues. If you are ready to start your own healing and transformational journey call and make an appointment today so we can start the journey together.

Rivka Wigder
I have always felt that connecting with others is what makes life meaningful, and this perspective translates into my role as a therapist. I strive to provide a warm, non-judgmental, and friendly space that allows people to express and work through their challenges that have impacted and continue to impact them. People come to therapy for many different reasons, including anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed, struggling in relationships, processing trauma, or simply desiring a space to process ongoing life events.
My approach is influenced by psychodynamic theory and I pull tools from various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness approaches. My goal is to help you reach your goals through gaining insight and making meaning together of your history, patterns, and current stressors.
The decision to go to therapy can bring up many different feelings, and taking this first step toward your mental well-being is something to be proud of. Please reach out if you are interested in a consultation to see if we are a good fit.
